Youth Pastor Search
The Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church (HMBC) of Hillsboro, Kansas is seeking a Youth Pastor as a full-time member of the ministry staff. The primary focus of this position is the development and oversight of all HMBC ministries to junior and senior high youth with the goal of helping them find faith in Christ and developing them into Christ-like people. These responsibilities also include equipping families to provide Christian leadership within their homes.
An excellent candidate will be an engaging teacher, possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, have a sound Biblical and theological background, have experience developing / maintaining high quality youth programs, and be in agreement with the HMBC statement of faith, mission, vision, and values.
